Dealers Registration:

As a Dealer in the convention you agree that all products you sell are appropriate content for the convention. If there are any items that are seen inappropriate you will be requested to remove them from public display. Failure in doing so will lead to a ban of your dealers table for that current year. We offer a limited number of Dealers tables depending on the availability of space we get to allocate to dealer’s tables. Anyone who purchases one of these tickets agrees that they are operating a business which is selling goods appropriate for all ages. Dealers agree to utilise the table they have purchased for the majority of the convention to undertake their business and sell goods and services. We will not tolerate anyone who purchase one of these tickets and leave the table empty or unused for the majority of the convention. Failing to follow this will result in a suspension(lasting a year) and if you are suspended for a second time you will be banned from purchasing a Dealers desk. If you get suspended while an event is running you will be asked to remove yourself from the dealers area and will be able to attend the convention as an attendee.

Dealer's Tables are acquired through an application. We have the right to choose whether to approve or decline any application. If your application is unsuccessful, you will be contacted and informed. If your application is successful, you will be contacted. It will cost $50 or more depending on the availability of room. By booking a Dealer's Table you will be added to the Dealers Channel on discord.

Dealers will get 1 to 2 Hours to set up before the Dealer's Den opens to the public on the first day (details will be given closer to the con) and 1 hour before opening each other day. (More time may be allocated if necessary). Dealers may not enter the Dealer's Den before these times unless given permission by event staff.

When crafting at your table, you are not to produce any fumes, excessive heat, open flames, excessive noise or allergens. We care for the health and safety of everyone in the convention so anything to do with the use of gas, electric cooktops, any high-temperature devices such as soldering irons, lit candles, the production of harmful particulates and any other practice that may harm the health and safety of others. If you are unsure about what you are allowed to do at your table, please get in touch with our staff and ask beforehand.

All items and stock not currently on display must be stored under the table or outside of the Dealer's Den (in your room or vehicle). The space behind the dealer's tables may be used for crafting and working but must be kept neat and presentable. The Dealers Den will be closed overnight and locked. The Dealers Den will only be opened outside of operating hours under the supervision of a Staff Member. Dealers are not permitted to enter the Dealer's Den outside of operating hours without the approval of event staff.

End of con:
All Dealers must have their tables packed up and clean by the end of the convention. We require the event spaces cleared at these times for its own closing time.

Your Dealer's Table area must be left clean at the end of the convention. When you pack down you must clear away all scraps of papers, furs, or items that were not present before setup. You are responsible for your area and if you don’t clean up then you won’t be allowed to be a dealer in the next convention.

Dealers must sell their own stock of their own creation. We take plagiarism and art theft very seriously. Artists must be selling/displaying art of their own creation or other artist’s stock with written permission from that artist.
